At our core, Evolve is a very proud Australian manufacturer with an amazing team at our award winning advanced manufacturing facility in Brisbane. We service so many industries - from mining to medical, baby products, automotive, building and DIY, and agricultural to name just a few - and we are very proud of that fact.

Not only do we manufacture these high quality products, but in almost every case we have assisted with the design and continual improvement of them. Evolve’s secret sauce is the integration of design, manufacture and distribution all under one roof and a team that truly knows what it means to launch highly successful products at the lowest possible risk with the highest possible return.

Unknowingly we began our reshoring mission back in 2005 with my first product Polyslab. Back then it wasn’t called Reshoring, however based on my experience growing up watching my dad import products from China and all over the world, I knew how competitive China and the likes could be, the challenges dad had to overcome with every deal/shipment and quite simply how difficult it was to do business there and the massive risks it created.

So when I started my own company with my one little idea, I was adamant that if I could manufacture locally, I would avoid so many of those pitfalls. So we set about refining Polyslab’s design so it was super efficient and could be manufactured here in Australia more cost effectively than China. My strategy was, if they couldn't make it cheaper - they wouldn't become a competitor.

It has been those lessons and experiences over the last 15 years, of designing and developing products to be manufactured here in Australia that positions Evolve as the forefront of the reshoring mission. We are extremely proud of our capacity to manufacture higher quality plastic and composite products here in Australia for the many companies and families we work with, and helping them with more cost effective locally manufactured products than offshore options.

Hardly a week goes by that we are not asked to help a company, or an Aussie Battler just having a go, who needs a little help to get an idea or product to market. People like Kelly Lavery and her highly successful Strucket product or Kathryn Potter who developed a physiotherapy product called Therabubble to help people with respiratory related illnesses. Dan and Angus  from SnoreMD on the Sunshine Coast who’s innovative product helps with snoring and mild sleep apnea.

Then we have Flow Hive, one of Australia's biggest success stories, which rapidly went from one of the worlds largest ever crowdfunding campaigns to becoming a global supplier. Cedar and Stu from Flow Hive, trusted us to help them bring their amazing product to life back in 2015 and we continue to roll products off the lines every day. Together we also took out the highest design award honour the Good Design Award of the year back in 2016.

And more recently Monique and Dannielle from b.box, a leading global innovator of amazing baby products are working closely with our team to onshore new products to Australia for export around the world.

On the other side of the spectrum we have global companies like Century Yuasa who have partnered with us for over a decade to manufacture millions of components every year for their high quality battery products via our JIT supply chain solutions, supporting their Australian facility here in SEQ. We have explosives companies like Orica where we have developed advanced manufacturing production lines to deliver cutting edge solutions for their Australasian markets, again via a JIT program.

4X4 and adventure enthusiasts around the world will be familiar with the industry leading Australian Made TRED products, who have been getting people off the beaten track and back home safely for nearly 10 years now - again manufactured here in Brisbane and distributed globally.

And the one thing all of these amazing products have in common - they are proudly Australian Made, they are providing the highest quality products to their customers and they are enjoying robust supply chains, zero forex risk, JIT production support, better trading terms supporting their cashflow, and an Aussie team here supporting their business and driving continual improvement at every turn.
